When listing a property from location, the propertys address is automatically included from the apps geo location features. Appestate has also made it easy to contact agents from within the app via email, sms, and phone. Agents / Realtors are also furnished with a cool profile that includes: profile photo, profile background image, phone contact, email, Twitter, Facebook, linkedin and more.

Home buyers can do advanced property searches from within the app like: city, state, zip, property types, price range, rooms, year built, bedrooms, baths, square footage and lot size. Searches can also be saved for future revisits of properties that has peaked your interest as well. From your search results you can simply contact an Agent from the icon bar below the property listings… Really Cool!
